Speaking of restaurants, I want to give a shout out to my good friend at MacDinton’s Irish Pub in South Tampa, the security guard, Country, who played football (defensive end) for South Florida University and he was recruited by the University of Notre Dame too, which is my alma mater.
Country is a very large black man and really nice too. He normally works nights, but he came in early, just to see me, It was great to see him and I introduced him to everyone in the restaurant.
