Jeff Ogden, owner of Find New Customers and Jeff Pedowitz, owner of The Pedowitz Group have entered into a confidential settlement agreement as to Cause No. 1:12-CV-0089, which was pending in the Northern District of Georgia.
The parties believe that a settlement allows both parties to focus on business rather than engage in protracted litigation.
