I was speaking with a good friend at a content marketing company in Boston. They’re very savvy marketers, use a great marketing platform (Marketo) and have a good staff of super-smart people. But my jaw dropped when their CEO told me “Jeff, we do no lead nurturing or scoring.” I started thinking: If these experts don’t do it, what about other companies?
