Just saw a demand generation job posted on Linkedin for a software company in Cambridge, MA called Endeca.

I know this company well. Terrible messaging, no value proposition and no content marketing. So what will this hire create?Lipstick on a Pig

Lipstick on a pig is still a pig.

A company with bad messaging and no content marketing is a pig.

Hiring someone to head demand generation is lipstick. But a pig is still a pig. (the company)
