Hiring for lead generation without addressing fundamental issues is…..

A company with bad messaging and no content marketing is a pig.

Hiring someone to head demand generation is lipstick. But a pig is still a pig. (the company)

What do you think? Can a low level marketing employee have success is a terrible marketing company like this?
