No disrespect to my former business partner, but I now know I made the right decision in splitting from you late in 2008.

After hiring Ron at Greenlight Search in London (where I was hired as Vice President of Sales and Marketing), we left to form iOptimize Marketing together. (Some interesting lessons learned on hiring by the way. First and foremost, don’t hire experience. Hire on demonstrated results instead.)
